Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Order
All orders are subject to acceptance. No terms or conditions appearing in the buyer’s order that are contrary to Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. terms and conditions shall be binding upon Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Terms
All sales are subject to prior credit approval or 100% cash in advance.
Payment
All invoices are due Net 30 days from date of invoice. There will be a service charge of 1.5% per month that will be applied to all invoices over 30 days late. All reasonable legal and collection fees shall be assessed in the event that it becomes necessary to collect and indebtedness.
Freight and Delivery
Unless otherwise stated in quotation form, prices are F.O.B. Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. warehouse in Monterrey, Mexico. All freight and delivery charges will be billed freight collect or added to the buyer's invoice.
Vehicle Loads
Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. is not responsible for securing loads on customer vehicles. Any lost or damaged merchandise due to poor loading is the responsibility of the driver and his or her company.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices do not include any applicable federal, state or local taxes.
Returns
Special orders that are non-stock items cannot be returned for credit.
Warranty
Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. makes no expressed or implied warranties as to the goods sold but extends to the buyer the manufacturer's standard warranty available upon request.
Company Recommendations
Any recommendations made by the Seller, or any of its authorized representatives, concerning uses of or applications of the products sold hereunder are believed reliable, however the Seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, of results to be obtained.
Damages
Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. shall not be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages or losses of any kind resulting from the purchase or installation of any product.
Online Privacy Policy
Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. collects three types of information from its Web sites: (1) your IP (Internet Protocol) address; (2) cookies; and, (3) information voluntarily submitted in quote request forms, order forms, registration forms or e-mails sent to Web site administrators.
Your IP address often does not identify an individual, but rather is only a temporary name by which an individual obtains access to the Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. Web site. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Akuver Industrial S.A de C.V. will use its best efforts to prevent the government from obtaining member or customer information unless required by law.
