TUBULAR HEATING ELEMENTS & IMMERSION
HEATERS FOR ALL INDUSTRIES

Tubular heating elements perform exceptional heat transfer by conduction, convection, or radiation to heat liquids, air, gases, and surfaces. In most heater assemblies, tubular element design configurations vary. Bends are made to customer requirements Custom built from 0.260 0.315, 0.375 & 0.430, a multitude of sheath materials with sheath temperature capabilities up to 1600°F, watt densities to fit many applications and up to 600 volts as requested. Available with over 20 + optional terminations; with a fill length up to 144”

Endless Applications and custom designs to comply with our customer’s demands...

Akuver’s Tubular Heater Elements can be used in most heating applications that require process heating temperatures up to 750°C (1382°F). These tubular elements can be clamped, immersed, cast into metal, or spaced away from the work as radiant heaters. They can also be positioned in ducts or vessels for heating air and other gases. These units can be formed into virtually any shape, and inside bending diameters as small as one element diameter are sometimes possible. Akuver tubular heater styles offer a selection of sheath diameters and material options, including Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, Incoloy®. Special tubing like” Inconel® and Titanium.
